    How to optimize your new companion’s efficiency:

    • Warm up/cool down the container beforehand: fill with boiling/cold water, close the lid, and leave for 30 seconds at least. Then push the steam release first before opening the lid and emptying.
    • Fill the bento box with a very hot/cold dish. Should it be reheated before being placed in the container, prefer the use of a saucepan to the microwave for a more homogeneous temperature and result.
    • Fill the container: the insulating efficiency is best when the container is full.
    • Close the lid quickly and tightly after filling the container to limit heat/coldness loss.
    • Do not open the bento box before your meal: every opening causes a heat/cold loss.
    • Favor food with small pieces to big chunks.
    • Store your bento box at room temperature (21°C minimum) to keep your food warm/in a cool place (15°C maximum) to keep your food cold.
    • Mix the food before tasting to ensure a homogeneous temperature.

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

     

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

     

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
