كسرولة دائرية حديد زهر 26 سنتم، بنفسجي فاتح، ستوب

Made in France, the Staub casserole (Cocotte or Dutch oven) is unsurpassed for slow-cooking stews and soups, braising large cuts of meat, roasting, baking, and even making bread, then it goes straight from oven to table to serve every dish in style. Meat and fish stay juicy, vegetables become particularly tender, and all the aromas are retained in the flavorful sauce. Cast iron possesses exceptional cooking properties, while the innovative self-basting lid collects condensed moisture and evenly releases it back onto the food, delivering moist, mouthwatering results every time.

• Provides exceptional heat retention and even heat distribution and keeps food hot or cold for a long time.
• The textured black matte enamel interior requires no seasoning and promotes exceptional browning while developing rich roasting aromas.
• Tight-fitting self-basting lid with a drop structure preserves moisture and enhances flavor.
• Suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and oven-safe up to 260°C.
• Serves 5-6 people.

Enjoy the benefits of cast iron:
The casserole is crafted from enameled cast iron. The interior features a matte black enamel coating, while the exterior is finished with durable colored enamel that combines outstanding performance with timeless style.

As a material, cast iron offers:

• Exceptional heat retention, slow heat diffusion, and even heat distribution for gentle simmering and improved energy efficiency.
• Excellent cold retention. Simply refrigerate the casserole before serving to help keep chilled dishes cool at the table.
• Outstanding durability for years of everyday cooking.
• The high-quality enamel offers enhanced resistance to thermal shock and scratching while providing excellent food release and easy maintenance.

Enjoy the benefits of natural simmering:
The innovative self-basting lid features a unique drop structure that continuously redistributes condensed moisture over the food throughout the cooking process, producing tender meats, flavorful vegetables, and rich, aromatic sauces.

Excellent moisture distribution and retention:
The specially designed lid distributes moisture up to 9 times more effectively than conventional flat lids and retains up to 10% more moisture after 55 minutes of cooking, helping deliver consistently juicy, flavorful results.

Use Directions:

• Before using the casserole for the first time, rinse it with hot water and let it dry.
• Brush a little vegetable oil over the inside surfaces, heat it for one minute, and then remove the excess oil with kitchen paper.
• Although cast iron is known to sustain very high temperatures, we recommend you gradually increase the heat from low to medium to high to avoid thermal shocks and damage to the surface of the cast iron.
• Select a stovetop that appropriately corresponds to the base size of your casserole.
• When using induction stovetops and glass-ceramic surfaces, always lift your casserole rather than pushing it to avoid damage to the cooking surface.
• Use silicone or wooden cooking utensils to avoid scratching the casserole's enamel surface.
• The casserole can be used as ovenware up to 2460°C.
• The casserole is not suitable for microwave use.
• Never put a hot casserole on an unprotected surface.
• Suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.

Care Tips:

• Allow the casserole to cool before rinsing it with water.
• If food residues have stuck to the casserole, do not use abrasive or corrosive detergents, scouring powder, or steel sponges to remove them. Instead, soak the casserole in warm water and then remove the residues with a wash-up liquid and non-scouring sponge.
• Dry the casserole thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel and only store it away when it is completely dry.
• Though the casserole can be washed in a dishwasher, it is recommended that you clean it by hand for long-lasting and durable use.
