The brush is also well-suited for basting meat if you don't use our self-basting Cocottes and braisers. Made from black matte silicone, the pastry brush is heat resistant up to 220°C and gentle to non-stick surfaces. It is easy to clean and hygienic, and there is no fear of bristles breaking or falling out. The handle is made of acacia wood and has a hole in it for hanging storage.
