Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Once you have finished cooking, turn the temperature control to the OFF position and unplug the power cord from the mains.
- When using the grill plates, if you have been cooking seafood, wipe the plates with lemon juice to prevent seafood flavor from transferring to the next recipe.
- In between recipes, scrape excess food build-up, then wipe off any residue with a paper towel, before proceeding with the next recipe.
- Never leave plastic utensils in contact with the hot plates.
Care Tips:
- Before the first use and after every use, clean each part thoroughly.
- Allow the appliance to cool, for at least 30 minutes, before cleaning.
- The scraping tool can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.
- Dispose of grease from the drip tray. The drip tray can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
- The plates can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Do not use metallic objects such as knives, when cleaning as this can damage the non-stick coating. Use wooden or heatproof utensils only.
- Never immerse the base unit in water or other liquids. To clean the housing and control panel, simply wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
- Make sure all parts are clean and dry before storing.
- Never wrap the cord around the outside of the unit.
- Never immerse the plug or lead in water or any other liquid.

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
