    • Veining tool large/small to make details wide and thin lines on flowers and leaves.
    • Eight-division umbrella/ Cone tool to shape flower centers.
    • Dog bone tool large/small to imprint detail and dimension to flowers by softening petal edges.
    • Umbrella five/six division tool to mark petal divisions in flower buds, veining detail in flowers.
    • Shell/comb tool to shell imprint detail on borders and trim. Comb adds textured detail for hair, fur, and surface areas.
    • Ribbon inserter tool large/small to insert ribbon pieces into a fondant surface for a woven effect.
    • Ball tool extra large/extra small to thin and ruffle edges of petals lengthen petals and shape petal centers.
    • Pallet knife to cut, lift and move small, fine decorations.
    • Fine tweezers with a fine beveled head is ideal for positioning decorations and stamens.

    • Before first and after each use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
